Er... I got more info from the Rolling Stones 500 greatest songs and Wikipedia. (I was just looking for the next new song to buy, then stumbled upon this to see if it was the same song.)

It made by Ben E. King first in 1961, 14 years before John Lennon covered it. It was also number 121 on that list, and the song later inspired the film under the same name 25 years later.

Episode 33 - Mako says Boba Fett was killed by a blind man because Boba was caused to fall by Han Solo, who was blind at the time due to his hibernation sickness.

In Episode 24 the 'ingenious plan' to transport the Egyptian artifacts in several vans disguised as garbage trucks is a refernce to Lupin III, in which a similar plan is employed to prevent such items being stolen by Lupin.

Yu-Gi-Oh The Cancelled Series: well... you know...

Beyond 2:00- Titanic reference and 2012 reference
2:58- BioShock- a video game... which I don't know anything about.
3:23- Season 0- The Yu-Gi-Oh season that was never aired in America
3:23 onward- Noah makes movie references, but one of them is from Wizard of Oz.
3:59 Star Wars music in the background
3:59 onward- an Aristocrats reference, and a Team Rocket reference (even includes Meowth at the end)
7:20- Avatar The Last Airbender- A cartoon about a mystical land, and magical people, and mystical creatures... moving on-
8:29- Jaden!...
8:29 onward- Funimation- an entertainment company that brought DBZ in America
9:07- During the credits- You can hear part of the Star Wars Gangsta Rap
9:14- I WAS FROZEN TODAY!- Christopher Walken's famous line from the movie Suburban Commando

By the way in episode 45- There was a reference for Cats in The Cradle by... Harry Chapin.

If I may add on DANMAN to 47,

Beginning: Nick Simmons: See " Bleach Plagiarism".

Cards: Ash Ketchum and Pikachu (Pokemon), ??? (someone from Shaman King?), Chris (Sonic X), ???, Luffy (One Piece)

Noah's references were: Star Trek, The Outer Limits, and Wizard of Oz.

The sound of Noah appearing on and off the monitor was the sound effect from Star Fox 64 when receiving a message.

"I WAS FROZEN TODAY!" was from Christopher Llyod, btw, not Walken.

There's also a Star Wars Episode IV reference in episode 46 when Marik says "Stay on target!"
